Development Procedure

 

  • Meet: Initially we will meet with you to learn more about your company and what requirements you have from your web site.
  • Proposal: Shortly after the meeting you will receive a written proposal outlining what we believe to be the right solution for your business web site and how long it will take to complete.
  • Adjustments and Sign Off: When you are happy with the proposal, we will send you a sign off form agreeing to the final proposal.
  • Development: As soon as we receive the Sign Off from you, we begin development. Development time is dependant upon the complexity of the site.
  • Test: Once the site has been developed, we will load it onto a testing server. Testing includes multiple platform and browser tests as well as user tests.
  • Launch: Once you have approved the site and testing is complete, we will load your site onto your final server platform and it is live.
  • Support: We are available Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. However, if you have a problem with your site outside of these times, we have a support structure in place to deal with any eventualities.
